品管圈在提升重点监控药物使用合理率中的应用

Application of QCC in improving the rational taking rate of intensive monitoring drugs

目的评价品管圈(QCC)在提升重点监控药物(IMD)使用合理率中的效果。方法采用简单随机抽样方法查看2017年1~6月使用IMD的情况,通过QCC活动分析不合理使用的原因,医院制定IMD监管制度,临床药师通过加强病例质控、点评反馈,深入临床宣教、制定IMD点评标准操作规程等对策以改善其使用合理率。比较管理前、后IMD使用合理率的情况。结果QCC活动后,IMD使用合理率从55.54%提升至84.92%(P<0.01);圈员团队合作、QCC手法应用、临床认可度、专业知识水平、沟通能力、新技术项目、患者满意度和集体荣誉评分均显著提升(P<0.01)。结论QCC活动的开展有效提高了IMD的使用合理率,对提升医院药学服务质量和医院合理用药水平具有显著意义。

Objective To evaluate the effect of quality control circle(QCC)in improving the the rational taking rate of intensive monitoring drug(IMD).Methods A simple random sampling method was used to check out the using of IMD from January to June 2017.The reasons for the unreasonable use were analyzed through QCC activities.To improve its rational use rate,the hospital formulated a special IMD regulate system,clinical pharmacists enhanced the quality control,did comments and feedback,arranged the education and training,and formulated pharmacentical comment standard operating procedure.The IMD rational use rate was compared before and after management.Results After QCC activities,the rational rate of IMD increased from 55.54%to 84.92%(P<0.01);the team cooperation of circle members,QCC techniques application,clinical acceptance,professional knowledge level,communication skills,new technology projects,patient satisfaction and collective honor score were significantly improved(P<0.01).Conclusion QCC activity can effectively improve the rational rate of IMD use,which is of great significance to improve the quality of pharmaceutical care and the level of rational drug use in hospital.
