Carto3系统引导下导管射频消融术治疗心房颤动的效果观察

Effect of radiofrequency catheter ablation guided by Carto3 system on atrial fibrillation

目的观察Carto3系统引导下导管射频消融术治疗心房颤动的效果。方法选取本院2018年1月至2019年1月心房颤动患者108例,依据治疗方式不同分为参照组(54例)、研究组(54例)。参照组予以药物治疗,研究组予以Carto3系统引导下导管射频消融术治疗。统计对比两组治疗前、治疗后3个月、治疗后6个月超声心动图指标[左心室内径(LVD)、左心室射血分数(LVEF)、左心房射血分数(LAEF)、校正左心房最小容积指数(LAVImin)、校正左心房最大容积指数(LAVImax)]变化及卒中发生率。结果治疗后3个月、6个月,研究组LAVImin、LAVImax小于参照组,LAEF高于参照组(P<0.05);治疗后3个月,两组卒中发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后6个月,研究组卒中发生率3.70%(2/54)较参照组16.67%(9/54)低(P<0.05)。结论Carto3系统引导下导管射频消融术治疗心房颤动患者,可明显改善左心房大小、功能,降低卒中发生率。

Objective To observe the effect of radiofrequency catheter ablation under the guidance of Carto3 system in the treatment of atrial fibrillation.Methods 108 patients with atrial fibrillation in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were divided into reference group(54 cases)and study group(54 cases)according to different treatment methods.The reference group was treated with drugs,and the study group was treated with radiofrequency catheter ablation under the guidance of Carto3 system.The echocardiographic indexes[left ventricular diameter(LVD),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left atrial ejection fraction(LAEF),corrected left atrial minimum volume index(LAVImin),corrected left atrial maximum volume index(LAVImax)]and stroke incidence were compared between the two groups.Results At 3 and 6 months after the treatment,the LAVImin and LAVImax in the study group were lower than those in the reference group,and the LAEF was higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05);at 3 months after the treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of stroke between the two groups(P>0.05);at 6 months after the treatment,the incidence of stroke in the study group was 3.70%(2/54),which was lower than that in the reference group[16.67%(9/54)](P<0.05).Conclusion Radiofrequency catheter ablation guided by Carto3 system can significantly improve the size and function of left atrium and reduce the incidence of stroke in patients with atrial fibrillation.
