一种能富积与降解水体氮磷等污染物的生态护堤材料的研究

摘要 现以自来水厂污泥、天然沸石、普通硅酸盐水泥和植物型起泡剂为核心,通过改性自来水厂污泥和沸石吸纳富积水体中氮磷元素与有机质等污染物,构建生态系统生长基质环境,实现污染水体自净功能。配料中的普通硅酸盐水泥和植物型发泡剂对材料的蜂窝结构、透水和透气性及力学性能起控制作用,可在工程应用中搭建成"吸收固定营养元素和有机质-生物繁殖-净化水体"的生态型结构。该生态材料利用自来水厂污泥自然陈化后作为原料,可实现污泥的变废为宝、减少水厂污泥处理工程投资、节约普通护坡材料制备的原料资源、对环境净化控制具有长效性,能实现节能减排。 Taking the waterworks sludge,natural zeolite,ordinary Portland cement and plant-type foaming agent as the core,by modifying the waterworks sludge and zeolite absorbing the pollutants of high content nitrogen,phosphorus and organic matter in water,an ecosystem growth-based environment is built to realize the self-purification function of polluted water.The ordinary Portland cement and plant-type foaming agent in mix play the control action on the honeycomb structure,water-air permeability and mechanical properties,which can build the ecological structure of"absorbing fixed nutrient element and organic material-biological reproduction-purifying water body"in the engineering application.This ecological material is used as the raw material after the natural aging of waterworks sludge,which can realize the transformation of sludge into treasure,reduce the engineering investment of waterworks sludge treatment,save the raw material resources for preparation of common slope protection materials,has the long action of purifying and controlling the environment,and realize the energy conservation and emission reduction.
