Effect of intraoperative blood salvage on patients with malignant tumor surgery: a Meta-analysis

目的系统性评价术中自体血回输应用于恶性肿瘤患者的影响。方法应用计算机检索数据库PubMed、EMbase、CNKI、VIP和万方数据库,查找所有公开发表的有关恶性肿瘤患者术中应用自体血回输的文献,并对相关文献的参考文献进行进一步的检索。两人独立筛选文献、提取数据和质量评价,采用RevMan 5.3进行Meta分析。结果共纳入23篇文献,共计13613例患者。Meta分析结果显示,术中应用自体血回输降低恶性肿瘤复发率(OR=0.68,95%CI:0.57~0.83;P<0.0001)和增加患者术后生存率(HR=0.78,95%CI:0.65~0.93;P=0.006)。结论自体血回输技术在恶性肿瘤患者术中使用不会促进肿瘤复发且不会对患者术后生存率造成负面影响。

【Objective】To systematically evaluate the effect of intraoperative blood salvage(IBS)on the patients with malignant tumor surgery.【Methods】PubMed,EMbase,CNKI,VIP and Wanfang Database were searched for the relevant randomized controlled clinical trials and observational studies,at the same time the reference literatures were searched by manual retrieval.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,two researchers independently selected the literature,extracted the data,and conducted quality evaluation,then performed Meta-analysis using RevMan 5.3 software.【Results】A total of 23 studies involving 13,613 patients were finally included.The results of this Meta-analysis showed that IBS was associated with the decrease in recurrence rate of cancer(OR:0.68;95%CI:0.57-0.83;P<0.0001).Compared with no IBS,IBS increased overall survival rate(HR:0.78;95%CI:0.65-0.93;P=0.006).【Conclusion】This Meta analysis suggests that IBS appears to lower the recurrence of malignant tumours and increase the overall survival rate compared with no IBS.However,this conclusion needs to be proved by more well-designed prospective randomized controlled trials.
