纳米碳示踪剂在甲状腺乳头状癌手术甲状旁腺保护中的应用效果分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的综合分析纳米碳示踪剂在甲状腺乳头状癌手术甲状旁腺保护中的应用效果。方法选取该院2015年12月至2016年10月收治的62例甲状腺乳头状癌手术患者,按照手术过程中是否采用纳米碳示踪剂定位分为试验组(31例)和对照组(31例)。其中试验组应用纳米碳示踪剂定位方法,对照组未应用纳米碳示踪剂定位(根据多普勒超声诊断和手术中病理切片来确定病灶的具体范围和大小等)。对两组患者的甲状旁腺误切率、平均淋巴结清扫数目、甲状旁腺功能减退发生率、急性低钙血症发生率以及手术后暂时性甲状旁腺激素降低率进行统计学分析。结果试验组患者甲状旁腺误切率、甲状旁腺功能减退发生率、急性低钙血症发生率以及手术后暂时性甲状旁腺激素降低率等参数指标显著低于对照组患者(P<0.05);试验组患者平均淋巴结清扫数目显著高于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论纳米碳示踪剂在甲状腺乳头状癌手术甲状旁腺保护中的应用效果显著。 【Objective】To comprehensively analyze the effect of nano-carbon tracer in parathyroid protection of thyroid papillary carcinoma.【Methods】Sixty-two patients with papillary thyroid cancer treated in our hospital from December 2015 to October 2016 were selected,according to whether the nano-carbon tracer was used for location during surgery they were divided into experimental group(31 cases)and control group(31 cases).The experimental group used carbon nano tracer localization method,while the control group did not use this method(the specific range and size of the focus was determined according to Doppler ultrasound diagnosis and pathological section during operation).Inadvertent parathyroidectomy rate,average lymph node dissection of parathyroid hormone,the incidence of hypoparathyroidism,the incidence of acute hypocalcemia,the incidence of temporary hypoparathyroidism after surgery in the two groups were statistically analyzed.【Results】The accidental rate of parathyroid gland,the incidence of hypoparathyroidism,the incidence of acute hypocalcemia and the postoperative incidence of transient parathyroid hormone reduction were significantly lower in the experimental group than those in the control group(P<0.05).The average number of lymph node dissection in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).【Conclusion】The application of nano-carbon tracer in thyroid papillary thyroidectomy is significant.
