微信平台在病案管理中的应用效果及对医护人员满意度的影响

Application effect of Wechat platform in medical record management and its influence on satisfaction of medical staff

目的探讨微信平台在病案管理中的应用价值。方法选取该院2017年1月至2018年12月3600份病案,将2017年1月至2017年12月采取传统病案管理的1800份病案纳入对照组,将2018年1月至2018年12月采取微信平台病案管理的1800份病案纳入观察组,观察两组病案管理质量、病案缺陷发生情况、病案归档及医护人员满意情况。结果观察组A级护理病案率为88.06%,高于对照组的84.78%(P<0.05);对照组护理病案缺陷发生率为1.61%,高于观察组的0.78%(P<0.05);观察组病案归档率高于对照组,且观察组病案归档时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组医护人员满意率为96.67%,高于对照组的73.33%(P<0.05)。结论将微信平台应用于病案管理中可提高护理病案质量,减少护理病案缺陷,提高病案归档率及医护人员满意度,缩短归档时间,值得临床推广。

【Objective】To probe into the application value of Wechat platform in medical record management.【Methods】A total of 3600 medical records colected from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected,1800 medical records managed by traditional method from January to December 2017 were included in the control group,and 1800 medical records managed by Wechat platform from January to December 2018 were included in the observation group.Then,the quality of medical record management,the occurrence of medical record defects,the filing of medical records and the satisfaction of medical staff of two groups were observed.【Results】The rate of grade A nursing cases in the observation group was 88.06%,which was significantly higher than 84.78%in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of nursing case defects in the control group was 1.61%,which was significantly higher than 0.78%in the observation group(P<0.05).The filing rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the filing time in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of medical staff in the observation group was 96.67%,which was significantly higher than 73.33%in the control group(P<0.05).【Conclusion】The application of Wechat platform in medical record management can improve the quality of nursing medical record,reduce the defects of nursing medical record,improve the rate of medical record filing and the satisfaction of medical staff,and shorten the filing time,thus it is worthy to be promoted in the clinical practice.
