西门子PRIMUS加速器X方向准直器卡死故障维修实例

摘要 目的对西门子(PRIMUS)加速器X轴准直器卡死故障进行分析总结,探讨对此类故障的维修方法。方法维修人员观察故障,进入机器维修服务页面,查阅故障代码,再用万用电表测量相关电压(电流)信号,判定故障原因,更换配件进行设备维修。结果X2钨门电压反馈值为0,没有信号,判定为X2钨门的驱动组件出现故障。结论造成X轴钨门卡死故障的原因:①卡死的钨门马达驱动电位器损坏;②电位器及其附件齿轮位置错误造成电压误差。 【Objective】To analyze and summarize the faults of the X-axis tungsten gate of the PRIMUS accelerator,and to explore the methods of repairing such faults.【Methods】Maintenance personnel observed the failure and entered the machine maintenance service page.Aftering referring to the fault code,the service engineer used the multimeter to measure the relevant voltage(current)signal.The cause of the failure was determined and the parts were replaced for equipment maintenance.【Results】The feedback value of X2 tungsten gate voltage was 0 and there was no signal,so it was determined that the driving component of X2 tungsten door was out of order.【Conclusion】The reasons for the X-axis tungsten gate stuck are as follows:the potentiometer is broken;the positions of the potentiometer and its accessory gears are incorrect which leads to the voltage error.
