摘要 目的建立AutolumiS 3000微粒子化学发光检测仪的样本管理系统,完善自动化样本检测流程。方法通过对计算机信息技术、条形码技术、人机交互技术的综合分析,以实现对AutolumiS 3000样本管理系统的开发及应用。结果成功研制出适用于AutolumiS 3000化学发光检测仪的样本管理系统,该系统通过具有图形交互的运行和调试软件AutolumiS 3000,可支持检测仪的自动进样、样本架识别、关联测试、自动重测功能。基于自反馈的ETH-CAN通讯前端检测装置设计出了新型的发光仪通讯模式,将实验室信息系统(LIS)与整机控制相结合,使整机运行流畅,提升测速至240测速/h。结论AutolumiS 3000样本管理系统的应用简化了操作步骤和实验室工作流程,提高了实验室的工作效率。且与LIS的互联可实现数据同步,给医生及患者的报告查询提供了便利,临床应用前景良好。 【Objective】To establish a sample management system for AutolumiS 3000 microparticle chemiluminescence detector and improve the automatic sample detection process.【Methods】The development and application of AutolumiS 3000 sample management system were realized through the comprehensive analysis of computer information technology,barcode technology and man-machine interaction technology.【Results】A sample management system suitable for AutolumiS 3000 was successfully developed.The system can support automatic sample injection,sample identification,correlation test and automatic retest functions of the analyzer through the operation and debugging software AutolumiS 3000 with interactive graphics.A new communication mode of the light emitting instrument is designed based on the self-feedback ETH-CAN communication front-end detection device.The LIS system is combined with the control of the whole machine to make the whole machine run smoothly and increase the speed to 240 test/hour.【Conclusion】The application of AutolumiS 3000 sample management system simplifies the operation steps and laboratory workflow,and improves the laboratory efficiency.In addition,the connection with LIS can achieve data synchronization,which provides convenience for doctors and patients to query reports,and has a good clinical application prospect.
