摘要 药物化学是药学专业一门专业基础课,掌握与否将直接影响后续专业课的学习。药物化学内容多、涉及面广、难于理解,导致学生学习难度大、耗时长且效果不佳。调研显示,以药物结构为核心,结构改造进行思维导图的延长,药效关系的转变进行思维导图的交联,最终形成的药化思维导图,可提高学生学习效率、学习兴趣,在教学实践中也得到学生广泛认可。 Pharmaceutical Chemistry is a basic course of pharmacy specialty.It is such a key subject of pharmacy that the degree of mastery will directly affect the study of the following specialized courses.Pharmaceutical Chemistry has extensive content,involves a wide range of knowledge,and is difficult to understand,which makes the study of it difficult,time-consuming and ineffective.Investigations have shown that mind mapping takes drug structure as the core,with the thought of changing the structure of lead compound to extend the core.In the process of structure transformation,the change of structure-activity relationship are crosslinked,forming a mind map for pharmaceutical chemistry,which can improve students’learning efficiency and academic performance.This teaching practice has been widely recognized by educators.The application of mind mapping in Pharmaceutical Chemistry broadens students’thinking,makes monotonous subjects lively and interesting,and is an effective means to improve academic performance.
