摘要 本文通过梳理相关文献,以高校青年教师为研究对象,总结职业发展管理与工作价值取向的关系。对工作价值取向尤其是呼唤取向、职业发展管理以及两者的关系进行了文献回顾,并就应用于高校青年教师领域进行了研究展望,以期有更多学者关注相关领域研究,通过职业发展管理,帮助和引导高校青年教师的工作价值取向由"谋生"到"职业",再由"职业"升华到"事业"取向,寻找到工作的真正意义,获得职业发展的提升。 Through organizing relevant literature and taking young teachers in colleges and universities as the research object, this paper summarizes the relationship between career development and management and work-value orientation. This paper reviews the work-value orientation, especially the calling orientation, career development and management, and the relationship between the two. Then the paper researches and predicts the application of the work-value orientation along with the career development and management of young teachers in colleges and universities, so as to attract more attention from scholars to investigate related fields. Through career development and management, the paper aims to help and guide young teachers in colleges and universities to upgrade their work-value orientations from "making a living" to "having an occupation", and then to "staring a career", so as to find the real meaning of work and promote their careers.
