摘要
高等教育在社会发展中有着重要作用,根据高等教育质量内涵,结合马克思主义关于人的全面发展理论,本文从基础保障、教学质量、民族特色和毕业生质量四个维度对内蒙古高等教育质量进行了研究,发现存在如课程设置不合理、毕业生欠缺实践能力等问题。据此,文章以高等教育发展的社会本位论和个人本位论为依据,从政府、学校、教师和学生四个层面提出了实施精准差异化教育扶持战略、加强民族传统技术文化教育、推进高水平教师教学和科研团队建设等建议。
Higher education weighs in social progress. In this paper, according to the connotation of the quality of higher education, the quality of Inner Mongolia’s higher education is measured from the four dimensions: basic guarantee, teaching quality, ethnic features and graduate quality in combination with the Marxist theory of all-round development of human beings. It is found that curriculum setting is unreasonable and graduates lack practical abilities. Considering this, based on the social standard theory and individual standard theory of higher education development, the countermeasures and suggestions for improving the quality of higher education are proposed from the aspect of the government, schools, teachers and students, such as implementing targeted and differentiated education support strategies, strengthening education in traditional culture and technology, and promoting the building of high-level teaching and research teams for teachers.
