外用重组人表皮生长因子在儿童包茎行包皮环切术的应用

External application of recombinant human epidermic growth factor in pediatric phimosis treated by circumcised prepuce

目的探讨外用重组人表皮生长因子在儿童包茎行包皮环切术中术后应用的效果。方法收集本院2019年1月至7月14岁以下包茎患儿行包皮环切术102例,随机数表方法分为试验组50例和对照组52例。对照组常规行包皮环切术,试验组在常规性包皮环切术中及术后1周在切口及龟头喷外用重组人表皮生长因子。对比两组手术时间,术后创面渗液持续时间、创面愈合时间、术后并发症。结果试验组手术时间(26.46±3.09)min,与对照组(25.85±3.10)min比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组切口术后渗液时间、愈合时间分别为(1.81±0.41)d、(6.75±0.54)d,均低于对照组(2.80±0.28)d、(9.94±1.29)d,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);试验组术后并发症发生率2.0%(1/50)与对照组1.9%(1/52)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论外用重组人表皮生长因子可促进儿童包茎行包皮环切术术后愈合。

Objective To investigate the effect of applying recombinant human epidermal growth factor during and after circumcised prepuce for children with phimosis.Methods 102 children under 14 years old treated at our hospital from January to July,2019 were collected,and were divided into an experimental group(n=50)and a control group(n=52)by the random count method.The control group was treated by circumcised prepuce;in addition,the experimental group was treated with recombinant human epidermal growth factor during and 1 week after the operation.The operation time,duration of postoperative wound exudation,wound healing times,and postoperative complications were compared between these two groups.Results The operation time was(26.46±3.09)min in the experimental group,and was(25.85±3.10)min in the control group(P>0.05).The postoperative exudation time and wound healing time were(1.81±0.41)d and(6.75±0.54)d in the experimental group,and were(2.80±0.28)d and(9.94±1.29)d in the control group(both P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in the incidence of postoperative complications between the experimental group and the control group[2.0%(1/50)vs.1.9%(1/52);P>0.05].Conclusion Recombinant human epidermal growth factor can promote children's postoperative healing after circumcised prepuce for phimosis.
