摘要
为了实现钣材焊接自动线的自动化生产,设计了一套基于WinCC组态软件的过程监控系统。为了保证系统监控的全面性以及防止监控数据的冗余,通过对钣材焊接自动线的生产工艺和监控需求进行分析,确定系统的监控参数;对于钣材焊接自动线订单的多样性问题,利用WinCC组态软件中集成的VBS脚本开发了数据库管理系统;并且针对不同产品复杂工艺参数的设置问题,开发出参数配置功能模块,实现参数的灵活组态。应用表明:系统运行良好,能够保证产品质量,提高企业经济效益。
In order to realize automatic production of automatic welding line for sheet metal,a process monitoring system based on WinCC is designed.In order to ensure the comprehensiveness of system monitoring and to prevent redundancy of monitoring data,the monitoring parameters of the system are determined,through the analysis of the production process and monitoring requirements of the automatic welding of sheet metal welding. For the problem of diversity of automatic line order form,the VBS script integrated in WinCC software is used to developed a database management system. The function module of parameter configuration is developed to realize the problem of setting up complex process parameters for different products.The flexible configuration of parameters is realized. Application shows:The system is running well and the product quality is guaranteed. The enterprise economic benefits have been improved.
