“双8字”无碳小车关键结构设计与分析 被引量:13

摘要 "双8字"无碳小车是以重力势能为动力,按照预定轨迹进行运动,可以实现连续避障的三轮小车。首先对于小车机构及轨迹进行分析,针对"双8字"无碳小车的运动轨迹设计了"双8字"小车中曲柄摇杆机构和不完全齿轮机构,并根据小车的运动速度和运动特点设计了差速机构,同时为补偿加工及装配误差设计出了小车微调机构,给出微调机构的调节方法,最后基于设计方案对"双8字"无碳小车轨迹进行了仿真,验证小车在行走过程中的重要部件与小车运动轨迹之间的关系,为小车的设计与分析提供了可靠依据。 The"double-8 shaped"carbon-free car is a three-wheeled car that can avoid obstacle continuously and move in accordance with the predetermined trajectory by taking the gravitational potential energy. The structure and motion trajectory of the car are analyzed first. Then according to the motion trajectory,the crank-rocker mechanism and incomplete gear mechanism are designed. Besides,the differential mechanism is designed by the kinematic velocity and characteristics of the car.Meanwhile,in order to compensate the machining and assembling errors,a car fine adjustment mechanism is designed and the adjustment method of the fine adjustment mechanism is given. Finally,based on the design scheme,the running track of the"double-8 shaped"carbon-free car is simulated,and the relationship between the key mechanism and the car trajectory is verified,which provides a reliable basis for the design and analysis of the carbon-free car.
