摘要
海外项目对煤系统使用符合ATEX标准的设备要求日益严格,这使得对整个工厂按照ATEX的要求进行潜在爆炸危险环境区域的划分以及选择适合的设备变的尤为重要,本文通过对EN 60079-10标准的解析,并结合执行过的两个煤系统改造项目,着重分析了对潜在粉尘爆炸危险环境区域划分的依据与办法,对类似煤粉制备项目的安全区域划分提出了建议。
Overseas projects have increasingly strict requirements on the use of ATEX-compliant equipment for coal systems. This makes it particularly important to area classification of dust explosive hazards according to ATEX standard and to select suitable equipment. According to EN60079-10 standard, analysis the coal system. And combined with the implementation of two coal system projects, focused on the analysis of the standard and methods for the classification of dust explosion hazardous areas, and proposed a safe area classification of similar coal powder preparation projects.
