传统的袋式除尘器都是单层布置的,作为工业设备的辅助设备,往往显得占地面积大,而高度方向规模又偏小。本文直接从除尘器结构方面入手,研发多层式袋式除尘器,充分利用空间高度提高除尘器的烟气处理能力,又避免了单纯加长滤袋方式带来的运行维修上的一些弱点。袋式除尘器多层化设计,是环保行业一种实用化的探索。

The traditional dust collector(bag filter houses) are arranged in a single layer,As an auxiliary equipment of industrial equipment systems,they often occupy a large area, while the height direction is small. This article directly from the dust collector structure, research and development of multi-layer bag filter, which makes full use of the space height to improve the flue gas handling capacity of the dust collector, and avoids some weaknesses in operation and maintenance caused by simply lengthening the filter bag. Maybe the multi-layer design of bag filter will be a practical exploration in environmental protection industry.
