精准扶贫视域下的职业教育内涵建设研究--以大连海洋大学应用技术学院为例

Research on the Connotation Construction of Vocational Education from the Perspective of Targeted Poverty Alleviation

通过归纳、梳理精准扶贫与职业教育内涵建设之间存在的关系,分析对比大连市职业院校内涵建设现状,以大连海洋大学应用技术学院为例,从办学定位、人才培养、服务社会等方面展开研究,提出了给力顶层设计、发力脱贫攻坚、助力精准扶贫、蓄力乡村振兴的职业教育内涵建设研究策略,为聚力辽宁五大区域发展战略和一带五基地建设实施贡献理论基础和实践经验。

By summarizing and organizing the relationship between targeted poverty alleviation and connotation construction of vocational education, analyzing and comparing the current situation of connotation construction of vocational colleges in Dalian, and taking the Applied Technology College of Dalian Ocean University as an example, this paper studies the orientation of running schools, talent training and serving society. It puts forward the research strategies of vocational education connotation construction, including the top level design, getting rid of poverty, targeted poverty alleviation and rural revitalization. It provides theoretical basis and practical experience for the five major regional development strategies, and the construction and implementation of economic support belt with five bases in Liaoning.
