摘要 高职生源质量参差不齐,由此引发高职教育质量有所下降,其重要原因在于职业教育的有效性问题。对此借鉴有效学习理论并创设条件,指出高职学校应该优化师资结构,对教师开展针对性培训,同时针对不同学生,探索多样化的教学模式,实现分层教学。此外,有必要引入信息技术,开展翻转课堂等教学模式,以学生为中心开展探究式和合作式的主动学习,从而促进学生主动学习,继而提升高职教育质量。 The uneven quality of higher vocational students has caused the quality of higher vocational education to decline. The important reason lies in the effectiveness of vocational education. Based on the effective learning theory and conditions, this paper points out that higher vocational colleges should optimize the teacher structure, carry out the targeted training for teachers, and explore diversified teaching modes for different students to achieve stratified teaching.In addition, it is necessary to introduce information technology, carry out teaching modes such as flipped classroom, and carry out inquiry, cooperative and active learning centered on students, so as to promote students’ active learning and then improve the quality of vocational education.
