“三高五好”师生荣誉共同体的教学团队设计--以遵义医药高等专科学校中药教学团队为例

摘要 目前高等职业教育已经全面转向内涵式发展道路,内涵发展的关键在于优秀的教学团队。遵义医药高等专科学校按照专业对接产业、方向对接岗位的原则组建了中药专业教学团队。团队的理念是以"三高"教师团队培育"五好"中药人才。"三高"教师以高尚的师德感染学生,以高超的技艺培养中药人才;"五好"人才反过来倒逼教师不断学习、进步,从而更高水平的教师培育更高层次的中药人才。 At present, higher vocational education has turned to connotation construction in an all-round way, and the key of which lies in excellent teaching teams. Zunyi Medical and Pharmaceutical College has set up a teaching team of traditional Chinese medicine in accordance with the principle of specialty docking industry and orientation docking post.The concept of the team is to cultivate "five good" TCM talent by the "three high" teacher team. "Three high" teachers influence students with noble ethics and cultivate talent of traditional Chinese medicine with superb skills;the "five good" talent in turn force teachers to keep learning and making progress, so that higher-level teachers cultivate higher-level TCM talent.
