摘要
高职学生存在自控力不足、易受环境影响等特点,隐性逃课现象严重影响了学生在校的学习效率,同时容易造成消极抵抗的生活态度,不利于人才培养目标的实现。与传统意义上的逃课不同,因其"隐性",学生管理制度很难起到作用。因此应对隐性逃课,从学生的中心地位着手更容易调整。基于积极心理学的视角,充分关注到学生在教学活动当中的主体地位,对高职学生隐性逃课的成因进行分析,并提出应对的策略。
Higher vocational students have the characteristics of insufficient self-control and vulnerability to environmental impact. The phenomenon of recessive truancy seriously influences the efficiency of students’ learning in school, and at the same time, it is easy to create a negative attitude of resistance to life, which is not conducive to the goal of talent training. Different from the traditional sense of truancy, because of its "recessiveness", the student management system is difficult to function, so it is easier to cope with the recessive truancy from the student’s central position. Based on the perspective of positive psychology, this paper pays full attention to the main position of students in teaching activities. The causes of recessive truancy are analyzed and the countermeasures are put forward.
