临床医护人员对DRG认知状况的调查分析

Investigation and analysis of the cognition of DRG in clinical medical staff

目的了解临床医护人员对疾病诊断相关分组(DRG)的认知情况,为DRG的实施及培训提供保障及依据。方法选择本院150例临床医护人员,于2019年5月13~14日进行为期2 d的调查,分析临床医护人员对DRG基本知识的知晓情况、对DRG政策的认知途径及态度。结果本研究共收到150份有效调查问卷,150例医护人员中,高级职称占46.67%(70/150)、科室正(副)主任占12.00%(18/150)。7项DRG基本知识的知晓率最低为41.33%(62/150),最高为99.33%(149/150)。55.33%(83/150)的医护人员对DRG政策的认知途径为医保科牵头组织的培训;82.67%(124/150)希望通过专题院级培训的方式与途径进一步学习DRG相关政策;91.33%(137/150)对DRG支付制度改革推进工作的态度为积极支持,主动配合。结论为确保医保DRG付费政策的顺利推行,临床仍需加强对医护人员的培训。

Objective To investigate the cognition of the diagnosis related groups(DRG) in clinical medical staff,and to provide security and evidence for implementation and training of DRG.Methods A 2-day survey was conducted among 150 clinical medical staff in our hospital from May 13 to 14,2019.The awareness of basic knowledge of DRG,the cognitive approach and attitude to DRG policy of clinical medical staff were analyzed.Results In this study,150 valid questionnaires were received.Of the 150 medical staff,46.67%(70/150) with senior professional titles,and 12.00%(18/150) were chief(deputy) directors.The lowest awareness rate was 41.33%(62/150),and the highest was 99.33%(149/150) of 7 DRG basic knowledge.There were 55.33%(83/150) of the medical staff realized DRG policy through the training led by the medical insurance department;82.67%(124/150) of the medical staff hoped to further learn DRG related policies through the way of special institute level training;91.33%(137/150) of the medical staff took an active attitude to support and cooperate with DRG payment system reform.Conclusion In order to ensure the smooth implementation of DRG payment policy,it is still necessary to strengthen the training of medical staff in clinical practice.
