西安某高校大学生肺结核知识知晓情况调查分析

Survey on knowledge of tuberculosis among students of one university in Xi’an

目的了解高校大学生对肺结核防治知识知晓情况,并通过分析调查数据提出一些建议。方法于2018年10月中旬对西安某高校1 000名大学生的肺结核防治知识知晓率和态度、对待肺结核患者的态度以及肺结核防治信息获取渠道等进行问卷调查并分析。结果该校大学生对肺结核防治知识知晓率较低(58.2%)。男性对肺结核防治知识的知晓率高于女性,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。城镇户口的大学生对肺结核防治知识的知晓率高于农村户口大学生(P<0.05)。不同年级大学生肺结核知识知晓率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。大学生对待肺结核患者的态度有待改善,且获取肺结核防治知识的途径相对单一。结论政府和高校应加大宣传力度以提高大学生对肺结核防治知识的知晓率,农村地区肺结核知识的宣传和普及也需要引起特别重视。

Objective To understand the knowledge of tuberculosis prevention and treatment among college students,and to put forward some suggestions by analyzing the survey data.Methods In the mid-October 2018,a survey by questionnaire were conducted and analyzed on the awareness rate and attitude of tuberculosis prevention and treatment knowledge,attitude towards tuberculosis patient,and access to tuberculosis prevention and treatment information of 1 000 college students in Xi’an.Results The awareness rate of tuberculosis prevention and treatment knowledge of college students in this university is relatively low(58.2%).The awareness rate of tuberculosis prevention and treatment knowledge in men was higher than that in women,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The awareness rate of tuberculosis prevention and treatment knowledge of college students with urban household registration was higher than that of college students with rural household registration(P<0.05).The awareness rate of tuberculosis knowledge among college students of different grades was statistically significant(P<0.05).The attitude of college students towards tuberculosis patients needed to be improved,and the way to acquire knowledge of tuberculosis prevention and treatment was relatively simple.Conclusion The government and universities should increase the propaganda efforts to improve the awareness rate of tuberculosis prevention knowledge among college students,and special attention should also be paid to the promotion and popularization of tuberculosis knowledge in rural areas.
