胸腺五肽联合抗结核药治疗耐多药肺结核患者的临床效果

Clinical effect of thymopentin combined with antituberculosis drugs on multidrug-resistance pulmonary tuberculosis patients

目的探讨胸腺五肽联合抗结核药治疗耐多药肺结核患者的临床效果。方法选取2017年6月至2018年6月我科收治的82例耐多药肺结核患者,随机将其分为试验组(41例,常规抗结核治疗+胸腺五肽)和对照组(41例,常规抗结核治疗)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果试验组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗3、6、9、12个月,试验组的痰菌转阴率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,试验组的FVC、FEV1、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+明显高于对照组,CD8+明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论胸腺五肽联合抗结核药治疗耐多药肺结核患者的临床效果显著,可提高患者的痰菌转阴率,改善肺功能及免疫功能。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of thymopentin combined with anti tuberculosis drugs on multidrugresistance pulmonary tuberculosis patients.Methods A total of 82 patients with multidrug-resistance pulmonary tuberculosis admitted in our department from June 2017 to June 2018 were selected and randomly divided into experimental group(41 cases,conventional anti tuberculosis treatment+thymopentin) and control group(41 cases,conventional anti tuberculosis treatment).The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).At 3,6,9 and 12 months of treatment,the negative rates of sputum bacteria in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,FVC,FEV1,CD4+and CD4+/CD8+in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,CD8+was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Thymopentin combined with antituberculosis drugs on multidrug-resistance pulmonary tuberculosis patients has a significant clinical effect,it can improve the negative rate of sputum bacteria,lung function and immune function.
