肠炎宁糖浆联合头孢曲松钠治疗小儿细菌性痢疾的临床效果

Clinical effect of Changyanning syrup combined with ceftriaxone sodium in the treatment of infantile bacillary dysentery

目的探讨肠炎宁糖浆联合头孢曲松钠治疗小儿细菌性痢疾的临床效果。方法选取2016年10月至2019年1月我院收治的94例小儿细菌性痢疾患儿为研究对象,按照随机数表法将其分为对照组(47例,头孢曲松钠治疗)与观察组(47例,头孢曲松钠+肠炎宁糖浆治疗)。比较两组患儿的治疗效果。结果两组患儿的治疗总有效率无显著差异(P>0.05),但观察组患儿的显效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的体温恢复正常时间、腹痛消失时间、肠鸣音恢复正常时间及大便成形时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患儿的CRP及TNF-α的水平均显著降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论肠炎宁糖浆联合头孢曲松钠治疗小儿细菌性痢疾效果显著,其可缓解患儿的临床症状,并减轻炎症反应。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Changyanning syrup combined with ceftriaxone sodium in the treatment of infantile bacillary dysentery.Methods Ninety-four children with bacillary dysentery admitted in our hospital from October 2016 to January 2019 were selected as the research objects.The children were divided into control group(47 cases,treated with ceftriaxone sodium) and observation group(47 cases,treated with ceftriaxone sodium and Changyanning syrup)according to random number table method.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in the total effective rate of treatment between the two groups(P>0.05),but the marked improvement rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The time of recovery of body temperature,disappearance of abdominal pain,recovery of bowel sounds and stool formation in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CRP and TNF-α in the two groups reduced significantly,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Changyanning syrup combined with ceftriaxone sodium in the treatment of infantile bacillary dysentery has a significant effect,which can alleviate the clinical symptoms and reduce the inflammatory response of children.
