对本科实习护生实施职业防护教育的效果研究 被引量:1

摘要 [目的]提高实习护生的职业防护知识和态度水平,改善其职业防护行为。[方法]抽取刚进入临床实习的81名本科护生作为调查对象,以健康促进格林模式为理论框架,对护生自我职业防护知识、态度和行为进行问卷调查,根据调查结果对实习护生进行有针对性的职业防护教育,3个月后再次调查护生自我职业防护知识、态度和行为。[结果]干预后实习护生的职业防护知识、态度和行为得分、职业暴露问卷得分均高于干预前(P<0.05)。[结论]运用格林模式对实习护生进行职业防护强化教育能提高护生的职业防护知识和态度水平,改善其职业防护行为。 To improve the knowledge,attitude and behavior of occupational protection among nursing students.Methods:the 81 nursing students were recruited to investigate their information of knowledge,attitude and behavior about occupational protection in this study.Then,the students received education about occupational protection based on Precede-proceed model for three months. Results:After intervention,the scores of knowledge,attitude and behavior,occupational exposure questionnaire scores in the nursing students were all significantly higher than before(P <0.05).Conclusions:Occupational protection education based on Precede-proceed model can improve nursing students, knowledge,attitude and behavior of occupational protection.
