摘要
当前,劳动教育在新时代高素质劳动者培养中的"实践锻炼、综合促进"作用得到重提与落实,其研究重点也从"历史梳理、理念廓清"走向实践层面的课程建设研究。乐学思想与新时代劳动教育课程教学,在"‘以人为本’的出发点、快乐目标、正向功能、实践方法、持久作用"等方面具有适切性。基于乐学思想建设劳动教育课程,需要辩证处理好"乐干"与"苦干"、"内乐"与"外乐"、"吾乐"与"他乐"的关系,并形成劳动教育课程"内容安排--新颖、适宜、有用之乐;教学组织--自选任务、团队合作、严谨规范、切磋琢磨之乐;教学方法--角色扮演、亲近自然、探索发现、游戏节庆、情感体悟之乐;效果评价--收获、公正、赞美、自省之乐"等系列化的乐学教学策略。
At present,the role of labor education in the cultivation of high-quality laborers in the new era has been put forward again and implemented,and its research focus has also shifted from"analyzing history and clarifying concept"to the curriculum construction research on the practical level.The thought of happy learning and the teaching of labor education curriculum in the new era are suitable for the"people-oriented"starting point,goal,positive function,practical methods,and lasting effect.The construction of labor education curriculum based on the thought of happy learning needs to deal with the dialectical relationships of"happy work"and"hard work","happy from the heart"and"superficial pleasure","enjoying oneself"and"making others happy",and form the strategies about labor education curriculum,teaching organization,teaching methods,and teaching effect evaluation.
