摘要
大量电动汽车的随机无序充电行为将会对配电网络的运行安全造成一定负面效应,扩大电网峰谷差率。本文结合V2G(Vehicle-to-grid)理念,提出微网动态调控策略引导电动车辆充电行为,制定动态电价引导方案。实验仿真结果表明:该动态电价调控策略能从充电经济效益角度,引导车辆参与有序充电调控、满足用户多样的充电诉求、增强应对突发应急充电事件的响应度。
The random and disorderly charging of a large number of electric vehicles will cause certain negative effects on the operation safety of the power distribution network and increase the peak-to-valley ratio of power grid.According to the concept of vehicle-to-grid(V2 G),the present paper proposes the micro-grid dynamic price adjustment strategy to guide the orderly charging of electric vehicles.The results of experimental simulation show that the regulation and control of dynamic price adjustment strategy can guide vehicles to participate in orderly charging regulation and charging controlling.At the same time,the strategy can satisfy various needs of charging customers and increase the responsiveness to emergency charging event.
