乙酸钙的纯化工艺

Purification Process for Calcium Acetate

摘要 碳酸钙和冰乙酸在水中反应得到乙酸钙溶液,室温下加入约2.5倍体积的95%乙醇,静置2~4 h,以300目滤布挤压过滤,滤液浓缩后重复操作1次,合并2次所得乙酸钙,80℃热风循环干燥3 h,即得乙酸钙纯品,收率可达82%以上。本工艺产品中镁含量大大降低,质量指标符合美国药典(USP40)要求。 Calcium acetate solution was prepared from calcium carbonate and glacial acetic acid in water. Adding about 2.5 times of the volume of 95% ethanol as much as the above solution at room temperature, then the mixture was settled for 2-4 h and filtered with 300 mesh filtration fabric. After concentration, the above operation was repeated once. The precipitate combined was dried at 80 ℃ for 3 h to obtain the purified calcium acetate, and the total yield was above 82%. The magnesium content in the purified calcium acetate was significantly decreased. It was concluded that the final product was consistent with the quality specification of calcium acetate in US pharmacopoeia(USP40).
