“体育+”在阻断贫困地区贫困代际传递中的作用

Role of“Sports+”in Blocking Intergenerational Transmission of Poverty in Poverty-stricken Areas

贫困地区存在的贫困代际传递现象,在一定程度上对冲了我国反贫困事业取得的成果。通过对我国贫困地区贫困代际传递的成因及内在机理进行探讨,进而明确“体育+”在阻断贫困代际传递中的作用。研究认为:“体育+”在个体、家庭、社会3个层面对阻断贫困地区贫困代际传递中起着促进作用;基于祖辈、父辈、子辈三代人的贫困变动路线,制定“体育+教育、产业、健康”3条实质路径阻断贫困地区贫困代际传递;最后提出“体育+”运用于阻断贫困地区贫困代际传递中的政策建议。

The intergenerational transmission of poverty in poverty-stricken areas has hedged the achievements of China's anti-poverty cause to a certain extent.By exploring the causes and internal mechanism of intergenerational transmission of poverty in poverty-stricken areas of China,this paper clarifies the role of“sports+”in blocking the intergenerational transmission of poverty.The study holds that“sports+”plays a facilitating role in blocking the intergenerational transmission of poverty in poverty-stricken areas in the three levels of individual,family and society.Based on the poverty change route of three generations of grandparents,parents and descendants,three substantive paths of“sports+education,industry and health”are formulated to block intergenerational transmission of poverty in poverty-stricken areas.Finally,this paper puts forward some policy suggestions on the application of“sports+”to block intergenerational transmission of poverty in poor areas.
