摘要
钙调蛋白在植物的生理代谢中起着重要作用,而钙调蛋白的转录翻译过程需要CAMTA的参与。为研究芸薹属植物中CAMTA4位点的分子进化,本研究利用生物信息学的方法,分析了甘蓝型油菜、白菜和甘蓝的CAMTA4家族核苷酸序列的基本特征和基因结构、蛋白序列的基本特征和功能域,以及它们的系统发生关系。结果显示,这3个物种的CAMTA4都具有CAMTA保守的结构域,且它们的进化符合禹氏三角理论和三倍化学说。本研究明确了甘蓝型油菜、白菜和甘蓝CAMTA4位点的进化历程,并且为研究芸薹属植物CAMTA的功能提供了生物信息学参考。
Calmodulin plays an important role in physiological metabolism of plants,and the transcriptional translation process of calmodulin requires CAMTA's participation.In order to study the molecular evolution of CAMTA4 locus in brassica,the basic characteristics of nucleotide sequence of CAMTA4 family in Brassica napus,Brassica rapa and Brassica oleracea and their phylogenetic relationship were analyzed by bioinformatics.The results show that CAMTA4 has a conserved domain of CAMTA in these three species,and their evolution conforms to the woo's triangle theory and triple chemistry theory.This study clarified the evolutionary process of CAMTA4 loci in Brassica napus,Brassica rapa and cabbage,and provided bioinformatics references for the study of CAMTA functions.
