摘要
大量研究表明,油菜素内酯(brassinosteroid, BR)在调控植物根发育过程中具有重要作用。本研究对BR在植物根发育过程中调控作用的研究进展进行了综述。阐述了BR特异的生物合成途径及其关键合成酶基因DWF4、CPD、DET2、CYP85A1、DAS5和转录因子Dof在根发育中的调控机制;BR对根尖干细胞生态位、分生组织区、细胞伸长区、过渡伸长区及分化区连续发育的调控机制;并归纳总结出BR与生长素(Auxin)、脱落酸(abscisic acid, ABA)、乙烯(Ethylene)、茉莉酸(jasmonate acid, JA)等植物激素间调控根器官发育的互作方式,对阐明BR对植物根发育的调控机理具有重要意义。
A large number of studies have shown that Brassinosteroid(BR)plays an important role in regulating plant root development.In this paper,the research progress of the regulation of BR in plant root development is reviewed.The regulation mechanism of BR-specific biosynthetic pathway and its key synthetase genes DWF4,CPD,DET2,CYP85A1,DAS5 and transcription factor Dof in root development was described.Regulatory mechanism of BR on the development of root tip stem cell niche,meristematic zone,cell elongation zone,transitional elongation zone and differentiation zone.And summed up the interaction mode between BR and auxin,abscisic acid(ABA),ethylene(Ethylene),jasmonate acid(JA)and other plant hormones to regulate root organ development.It is of great significance to the regulation mechanism of plant root development.
