摘要
为了探索不同父本血缘玉米杂交种叶片对光、CO2响应特性,本试验以塘四平头血缘、旅大红骨血缘、Lancaster血缘和热带血缘玉米自交系作父本的杂交种为试验材料,在拔节期、灌浆期和乳熟期分别测定了叶片对光和CO2响应曲线,并对其相关参数进行分析。结果表明,以塘四平头血缘作父本杂交种的最大净光合速率和表观量子效率在3个生育时期的值较高,表明塘四平头血缘作父本的杂交种在生育时期内光合能力最好,对光量子的吸收利用能力高于其他血缘作父本的杂交种。以Lancaster血缘作父本的杂交种在3个生育时期均有较高的Vcmax.Jmax、TPU,表明Lancaster血缘作父本的杂交种有较高的固碳羧化能力。本试验通过对不同血缘作父本玉米杂交种叶片的光响应和CO2响应曲线及其参数进行分析,以期为玉米新品种选育和高产高效栽培提供理论参考。
In order to reveal the response characteristics of light and CO2 in different parental bloodline maize hybrids,this experiment used the hybrids of Tang Sipingtou bloodline,Brigade red bone bloodline,Lancaster bloodline and tropical bloodline inbreds as the parent material.The light and CO2 response curves were determined during the period,the filling stage and the milk stage,and the parameters were studied and analyzed.The results showed that the maximumnet photosynthetic rate and apparent quantum efficiency of the male parent of the Tang Sipingtou bloodline were higher in the three periods,which indicated that the bloodline of the Tang Sipingtou ancestor of the pond was a brood during the growth period.The best ability,the ability to absorb light quantum,the ability to use light quantum is higher than other bloody fathers.Hybrids with Lancaster bloodline had higher Vcmax,Jmax,and T P U during the three growth stages,and the hybrids of Lancaster bloodline had higher carbon fixation ability.In this experiment,the light response and CO2 response curves and their parameters of different maternal maize hybrids were analyzed.It is expected to provide a theoretical reference for breeding new maize varieties and high yield and high efficiency cultivation.
