Application of metabolomics in screening potential biomarkers for kidney transplantation

摘要 代谢组学传承了基因组学与蛋白组学的思想,在临床医学研究中得到了广泛应用。在肾移植领域,血液或尿液中的小分子代谢物浓度的变化可用于识别有急性排斥反应风险的器官、定位器官损伤、监测移植物功能等。文章就肾移植领域面临的问题,代谢组学的概念、特点和研究方法,以及在肾移植中的应用进展和发现的生物标志物作一综述。 Metabolomics,which inherits the ideas of genomics and proteomics,has been widely applied in clinical medical research.In the field of kidney transplantation,changes,which occur in the concentration of small molecule metabolites in blood or urine,can be used to identify organs at risk of acute rejection,locate organ damage,and monitor graft function.This article reviews the problems in the field of kidney transplantation,the concepts,characteristics and research methods of metabolomics,as well as the progress in the application of kidney transplantation and the biomarkers that have been discovered.
