施用白云石粉对茶园土壤酸化及茶叶品质与产量的影响 被引量:6

摘要 探究白云石粉不同施用量对茶园土壤酸化、茶叶产量及品质的影响效果,以期寻找到土壤降酸、茶叶提质的最佳白云石粉施用量。采用田间试验,设置0 kg/hm2(CK)、375 kg/hm^2、750 kg/hm^2、1500 kg/hm^2、2250 kg/hm^2等5个不同处理。结果表明,白云石粉施用量大于1500 kg/hm^2时,0~20 cm、20~40 cm土层土壤pH值显著增加,交换性酸显著降低;施用量为1500 kg/hm^2,茶叶水浸出物、咖啡碱、茶多酚、氨基酸、百芽重、产量、芽密度均显著高于其他处理,酚氨比显著低于其他处理。白云石粉施用量为1500 kg/hm^2,能够有效改善茶园土壤酸化,提升茶叶品质,增加茶叶产量。 To explore the effect of different application amount of dolomite powder on tea garden soil acidification,tea yield and quality,in order to find the best application amount of dolomite powder for reducing soil acidity and improving tea quality.Field experiment with five different treatments of 0(CK),375,750,1500 and 2250 kg/hm^2 was set up to study the effects of application amount of dolomite powde on tea garden soil pH,exchangeable acid,tea quality and yield.When the application amount of dolomite powder was more than 1500kg/hm^2,the soil pH of 0~20cm and 20~40cm soil layer increases significantly,and the exchangeable acid decreases significantly,when the application amount was 1500kg/hm^2,tea water extract,caffeine,tea polyphenols,amino acids,100 bud weight,yield,bud density were significantly higher than other treatments,and the phenol ammonia ratio was significantly lower than other treatments.The application amount of dolomite powder is 1500kg/hm^2,which can effectively improve soil acidification,improve tea quality,and increase tea yield.
