摘要
智能电网标准国际化有利于促进电力行业的国际化发展,推进中国电力装备“走出去”进程,支持世界各国能源电力的互联互通,是电力行业落实“一带一路”政策实施的重要手段。对比分析了不同国家、国际标准化组织及工业联盟的标准战略,结合智能电网标准国际化战略提出了具体的工作思路和实施策略,通过梳理标准国际化的优势领域,给出未来标准国际化行动计划,有利于促进中国标准国际化工作。
The internationalization of smart grid standards is conducive to promoting the international development of the power industry,advancing the process of"going out"of China'spower equipment,and supporting interconnection of energy and electricity around the world.Interoperability is an important means for the power industry to implement the"Belt and Road"policy.This paper compares and analyzes the standard strategies of different countries,international standardization organizations and industrial alliances,and puts forward specific working ideas and implementation strategies in combination with the smart grid standard internationalization strategy.By sorting out the advantages areas of international standard,the action plan of future standard internationalization is presented,which is conducive to promoting the internationalization of Chinese standards.
