摘要
目的:了解居民对养生谣言的认知情况,分析其影响因素。方法:研究采用问卷调查法,采用滚雪球抽样收集有效问卷115份。谣言认知情况人群间差异采用χ^2检验,谣言识别能力的影响因素分析采用Logistic回归分析。结果:在样本中,有52.17%的调查对象可以正确回答5道及以上谣言辨识题(共20道题)。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,主动寻求健康信息(以很少或不主动寻求健康信息为参考,OR=128.64,P<0.01)、男性(以女性为参照,OR=158.08,P<0.01)、公务员、教师、学生、农民(以其他企业人员为参考,P<0.05)的养生谣言辨别能力更高。使用健康医疗App(以很少或不使用健康医疗App为参考,OR=0.01,P<0.05)、使用百度(以很少或不使用百度为参考,OR=0.01,P<0.05)的居民养生谣言辨别能力更低。结论:职业、性别、寻求健康信息的主动性以及不同媒介的接触情况对谣言辨识能力有影响。
Objective: To understand the residents’ cognition of health rumors and analyze the influencing factors. Methods: The questionnaire survey method was used to collect 115 valid questionnaires by snowball sampling. The χ^2 test was used to identify the differences between the cognitions of the rumors, and the influencing factors of the rumor recognition ability were analyzed by logistic regression analysis. Results: In the sample, 52.17% of the respondents could correctly answer 5 or more rumor identification questions(20 questions in total). Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that people who actively sought health information(with those who little or no actively sought health information as reference, OR=128.64, P<0.01), male(with females as reference, OR=158.08, P<0.01), civil servants, teachers, students, and farmers(with other business personnel as reference, P <0.05) were more able to distinguish health rumors. People who use health care APP(with those who use health care APP little or no as reference, OR=0.01, P<0.05) and people who use Baidu(with those who use Baidu little or no as a reference, OR=0.01, P<0.05) have a lower ability to identify health rumors. Conclusion: Occupation, gender, the initiative to seek health information and the connection of different media have an impact on the ability to identify rumors.
