直线偏振光近红外照射联合艾灸治疗IVF-ET失败后宫腔血流灌注不足的临床观察 被引量:6

摘要 目的:观察直线偏振光近红外照射联合艾灸治疗体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)失败后宫腔血流灌注(IP)不足的临床疗效,探讨直线偏振光近红外照射联合艾灸调节IP不足的作用机制。方法:选择因双侧输卵管堵塞需行IVF-ET助孕,首次IV失败后超声检查提示IP不足、无法行胚胎移植(ET)的原发性不孕患者60例,随机分为对照组和治疗组各30例,在胚胎移植前3个月,月经干净后卵泡期开始进行治疗,对照组仅行艾灸治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上行直线偏振光近红外线照射治疗。观察两组患者IP变化情况、IP合格后进入IVF助孕周期行ET所需时间及临床结局。结果:治疗组IP改善情况较对照组明显(P<0.01);治疗组进入IVF周期行ET所需时间较对照组短(P<0.01);治疗组的临床妊娠率较对照组高(P<0.01)。结论:患者在IVF-ET失败后易出现IP不足,行直线偏振光近红外照射联合艾灸治疗可增加其子宫内膜下血流供应,有助于改善子宫内膜容受性、提高再次ET的临床妊娠率。 Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of linear polarized light near-infrared irradiation combined with moxibustion for the treatment of insufficiency of intrauterine blood perfusion(IP) after failure of in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer(IVF-ET), then to explore the mechanism. Methods: IVF-ET was used for the treatment of bilateral fallopian tube obstruction. 60 patients with primary infertility who were ready to undergo embryo transfer(ET) after the first IV failure were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 30 cases in embryo transfer. In the first 3 months, the follicular phase began to be treated after menstruation was cleaned. The control group was only treated with moxibustion, and the observation group was treated with linear polarized light near-infrared irradiation on the basis of the control group. The IP changes(endometrial blood flow) of the two groups were observed, and the time and clinical outcome of the IVF assisted pregnancy cycle after entering the ET were observed. Results: The improvement of IP in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.01). The time required for the observation group to enter the IVF cycle was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.01). The clinical pregnancy rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P <0.01). Conclusion: Linear linear polarized light near-infrared irradiation combined with moxibustion can increase the supply of endometrial blood flow, help improve endometrial receptivity, and improve the clinical outcome of re-ET pregnancy rate in patients with IPF deficiency after IVF-ET failure.
