输尿管软镜(FURS)是治疗上尿路结石等疾病的重要工具。随着FURS和辅助设备技术的提高,FURS得到越来越广泛的应用,其适应证正逐步增宽。尽管FURS的安全性较高、并发症较低,但是仍可能存在严重并发症及手术失败的情况。本文通过PubMed和万方数据库搜索相关文献并进行复习,结合本中心经验,按照FURS步骤对FURS钬激光碎石术中的关键问题、技术和经验等进行阐述,旨在通过加强临床医生对关键问题的认识,掌握手术技术和交流经验从而提高临床FURS的治疗水平,减少并发症的发生。

Flexible ureteroscopy(FURS) is an important treatment method for upper urinary tract diseases.With the advances of FURS and auxiliary devices,FURS is now widely used and its indications are expanded.Although FURS is safe and effective for upper urinary tract calculi,serious complications and failure may still occur.Based on relevant literature on FRUS in the Pumbed and Wanfang databases,combined with our own experience,we reviewed the key issues and surgical techniques in order to strengthen clinicians’ understanding,improve surgical skills and exchange experience so as to improve the treatment level of FURS and reduce complications.
