摘要
结合市场需求改进研发了一款用于加工小型精密工件的立式五轴联动数控机床,优化了其关键部件——滑鞍的机械结构,分析了其受力状况,并结合ANSYS软件分析了滑鞍的静力学特性,改善了其总体受力状况,提高了机床整体的精度保持性。
This paper combined with market demand improved vertical five-axis linkage CNC that for processing small precision,and optimize the mechanical structure of its key components-sliding saddle,analyze its stress state,combined with the ANSYS software to analysis the statics characteristic of the sliding saddle.The stress state of the overall and the stable precision of the whole of the machine are improved.
