摘要
采用共胶法和浸渍法制备了几种分别含有铈、铁和钒的硫转移剂,利用XRF,XRD,BET等方法对它们的性质进行了表征,同时通过小型硫转移剂评价装置考察了它们的氧化吸硫能力,并通过提升管装置评价了脱硫性能以及对催化裂化产物分布的影响。实验结果表明,制备的硫转移剂的磨损指数、堆密度、水孔均满足工业助剂的使用要求;利用浸渍法引入铈、铁、钒可能有利于硫转移剂孔结构的保留;孔径、孔体积和比表面积越大,氧化吸硫速率和饱和吸硫量越大;通过浸渍法引入铈的硫转移剂,SO2脱硫效果更加明显,并在一定程度上改善了产物分布。
Several sulfur transfer catalysts containing cerium,iron and vanadium were prepared by a co-gel method and an impregnation method.Their properties were characterized by XRF,XRD and BET.At the same time,their oxidative sulfur absorption capacity was investigated by a small sulfur transfer catalyst evaluation device,and the desulfurization performance and the effect on the catalytic cracking product distribution were evaluated by a riser device.The results show that the attrition index,bulk density and water pore of the sulfur transfer catalysts can meet the requirements of industrial auxiliaries;the introduction of cerium,iron and vanadium by the impregnation method may be beneficial to the retention of the pore structure of sulfur transfer catalysts;the larger the pore size,pore volume and specific surface area,the greater the sulfur absorption rate of oxidation and the saturated sulfur absorption.By introducing cerium into sulfur transfer catalysts by the impregnation method,the desulfurization effect of SO2 is more obvious and the product distribution is improved to a certain extent.
