H2S在氧化铝基硫磺回收催化剂上的吸/脱附性能 被引量:1

摘要 对新鲜催化剂原样、干燥处理新鲜催化剂、蒸汽处理新鲜催化剂和干燥处理的失活催化剂进行H2S室温吸附与程序升温脱附过程的热效应和质谱响应表征,考察了H2S在氧化铝基硫磺回收催化剂上的吸/脱附性能及作用机理。实验结果表明,氧化铝基催化剂上存在至少弱、中、强3种H2S吸附中心,H2S能够在该催化剂表面大量吸附和活化;催化剂使用过程中即使能保持类γ-Al2O3和薄水铝石晶相,也会因两种结构的氧化铝结晶度增加、晶粒长大、晶粒边界耦合的氧中心大幅度减少而显著失活。为硫磺回收催化剂的开发和应用提供了技术支撑。 The thermal effects and mass spectrum response of H2S adsorption at room temperature and temperature programmed desorption were characterized for the fresh catalyst,dried fresh catalyst,steam-treated fresh catalyst and dried deactivated catalyst,the adsorption/desorption performance and mechanism of H2S on alumina based sulfur recovery catalysts were investigated.It was found that there are at least three kinds of H2S adsorption centers including weak,medium and strong centers.Thus,H2S can be well adsorbed and activated on the surface of catalyst.In the reaction process,even though theγ-Al2O3-like and boehmite crystal phases can be remained in the use of catalyst,the increase in the crystallinity of the two crystal phases,the growth of crystal grains and the significant decrease of oxygen center coupled with crystal boundary would lead to the significant deactivation of the catalyst.This study provides technical support for the development and application of sulfur recovery catalysts.
