摘要
以天然产物松香中的重要衍生物脱氢枞酸为原料,制得新型松香基磺基甜菜碱表面活性剂(DE-3-N-S)。利用1H NMR确定了结构,同时通过溶解度、表面张力和油水界面张力测试研究了它的水溶性、表面活性及降低油水界面张力的能力。实验结果表明,DE-3-N-S具有较强的聚集能力和界面吸附能力,溶解度、临界胶束浓度和最大吸附量分别为2.30 mmol/L,1.26 mmol/L,2.51μmol/m2。DE-3-N-S/重烷基苯磺酸钠混合体系与大庆三类油层原油(密度0.845 g/cm3)之间的油水界面张力最低可达0.0003 mN/m。
A new rosin-based sulfonyl betaine surfactant(DE-3-N-S)was prepared from dehydroabietic acid,an important derivative of natural rosin.The structure of DE-3-N-S was characterized by 1H NMR.The water solubility,surface activity and the ability in reducing the oil-water interfacial tension were investigated by measuring its solubility,surface tension and oil/water interfacial tension.The results show that DE-3-N-S has strong aggregation and interfacial adsorption with solubility of 2.30 mmol/L,critical micellar concentration of 1.26 mmol/L and maximal adsorption of 2.51μmol/m2.The lowest value of oil-water interfacial tension of DE-3-N-S/sodium alkylbenzene sulfonate mixed system with Daqing third class oil layer crude oil(with density of 0.845 g/cm3)is 0.0003 mN/m.
