磁性材料在燃油脱硫中的应用进展

Reasearch progress on application of magnetic materials to desulfurization of fuel oil

介绍了磁性材料在燃油脱硫方面的应用进展,综述了磁性材料在不同脱硫体系中的应用,以及磁性材料用于脱硫工艺的优点。磁性材料应用于脱硫工艺中,操作条件温和,不会改变燃油中其他成分的结构,对燃油的质量无影响;经过改进的磁性材料不仅具有相当高的脱硫效率,并且在完成脱硫操作之后可以通过外部磁场对材料进行分离回收;经过改进的磁性材料作为吸附剂或催化剂可实现多次反复利用,而且脱硫效率不会明显下降。

The research progress on applications of magnetic materials in different desulfurization stratiges of fuel oil is reviewed.Besides,the advantages of magnetic materials for desulfurization process are discussed.In the desulfurization process using magnetic materials,the reaction condition is mild and the structure of other components in fuel oil is not changed,thus the quality of the fuel oil is not affected.The modified magnetic materials have high desulfurization efficiency and can be separated and recycled through external magnetic field after desulfurization.As adsorbents or catalysts,the modified magnetic materials can be reused many times without significant decrease of desulfurization efficiency.
