某医院医护人员职业性腰背痛现状与知信行防护的关系

On the relationship between the status quo of occupational low back pain and the knowledge,attitude and behavior related to its protection of medical staff in a hospital

目的调查某医院医护人员职业性腰背痛患病情况,分析与其知信行防护关系。方法以某医院的280名医护人员为调查对象,发放职业性腰背痛知信行防护问卷,统计职业性腰背痛患病情况及职业性腰背痛知信行得分。结果280名医护人员中,170名发生职业性腰背痛,发生率为60.71%。无腰背痛组和腰背痛组的职业性腰背痛知信行得分分别为[(36.7±15.3)和(22.9±13.6)、(31.9±10.2)和(26.2±9.4)、(46.1±12.7)和(37.6±11.1)]分,组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论该医院医护人员职业性腰背痛发生率较高,医院管理部门及医护人员自身应关注职业健康,提高职业性腰背痛知信行认知水平,降低职业性腰背痛发生率。

Objective To investigate the prevalence of occupational low back pain of medical staff in a hospital,and to analyze the protective relationship between their knowledge,attitude and behavior.Methods In a hospital,280 medical staff was selected as investigation object,questionnaire covering the knowledge,attitude and behaviorrelated to occupational low back pain was used for the study,and,and the occupational low back pain prevalence and score of the knowledge,attitude and behavior were used for the statistical analysis.Results There were 170 persons with the occupational low back pain found among the 280 medical staff.The prevalence was 60.71%.The scores of the knowledge,the attitude and the behavior related to occupational low back pain were[(36.7±15.3)and(22.9±13.6),(31.9±10.2)in the group with no low back pain and(26.2±9.4),(46.1±12.7)and(37.6±11.1)]in the group with low back pain,respectively.Conclusions The prevalence of occupational low back pain of hospital medical staff is higher,the hospital management department and medical staff themselves should pay attention to occupational health,improve the level of knowledge and practice of occupational low back pain,reduce the prevalence of occupational low back pain.
