永寿土梁油制作技艺,作为陕西关中地区传统技艺类非物质文化遗产的组成部分,其与当地的农业文明息息相关,是传统农业生态系统中的重要一环,是连接农业生产与市场的重要纽带。伴随着经济全球化的发展,永寿土梁油制作技艺日渐褪去昔日的风采,面临消亡的困境。对永寿土梁油制作的技艺现状、传承保护等内容作了田野调查,就其传承与发展等问题提出对策和建议。

As an important part of the traditional technical intangible cultural heritage in Guanzhong area of Shaanxi Province,oil-making technology through beams in Yongshou is closely related to the agricultural civilization in Guanzhong area,is an important link in the traditional agricultural ecosystem of Guanzhong area,and is an important link between agricultural production and market in Guanzhong area.With the rapid development of economic globalization,industrialization and market-oriented construction,oil-making technology through beams in Yongshou is gradually losing its former glamor,facing the dilemma of extinction.This paper makes a corresponding field investigation on the present situation and inheritance protection of oil-making technology through beams in Yongshou,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for its inheritance and development.
