摘要 某焊接球-螺栓球斜放四角锥网架,平面投影尺寸为84m×60m,采用地面散拼、整体顶升的施工方式,整体顶升质量约为680t,顶升高度9.25m。针对工程特点,进行网架顶升点优化,包括顶升方式及顶升点位置优化等;对网架同步顶升及分级卸载进行全过程仿真模拟,并给出合理化建议。 The welded sphere bolt sphere inclined pyramid space truss is used in a space truss,the plan projection size is 84m×60m,and the construction method of ground scattered assembly and overall jacking-up is adopted.The overall jacking-up mass is about 680t,and the jacking-up height is 9.25m.According to the characteristics of the project,the optimization of the jacking-up point of the grid structure is carried out,including the optimization of the jacking-up mode and the location of the jackingup point.The whole process simulation of the synchronous jacking-up and grading unloading of the grid structure is carried out,and reasonable suggestions are given.
