摘要
基于流体动力学理论,结合盾构隧道内部实际环境,采用Gambit软件建立模型,利用Fluent仿真模拟隧道内部的通风流场,分析风速与风向,找出各截面及关键位置的风流规律,确定通风初速度为影响隧道内风场的主要因素,明确盾尾螺旋机及2,3号台车部分存在涡流,是施工通风的关键位置。
Based on the theory of fluid dynamics,combined with the actual environment of shield tunnel,the model by Gambit is built,Fluent is used to simulate the flow field of the tunnel.Wind speed and direction is analyzed,the ventilation of wind flow law of each section and key position is found out.It is found that the initial velocity is the main factor affecting the wind field in the tunnel.It is clear that there is eddy current in the position of the shield tail screw machine and the No.2 and No.3 trolleys,which is the key position of construction ventilation.
