摘要 为解决相邻超高层连桥下方玻璃幕墙由于顶部连桥的存在,无法从屋面直接使用擦窗机对玻璃幕墙进行日常清洗和维护问题,通过在连桥下方开孔以安装悬挂轨道系统,进而实现擦窗机对玻璃幕墙进行日常清洗和维护的作用。借助悬挂吊篮,采用悬挂轨道系统的吊运及安装技术,成功完成悬挂轨道系统施工。实践结果表明,本技术能保证施工过程安全可靠、质量可控,同时减少大型起重设备的使用,方便快捷、经济合理。 To solve the problem that the glass curtain wall under the adjacent super high-rise connecting bridge cannot be cleaned and maintained by window cleaning machine directly from the roof due to the existence of connecting bridge above,the suspension track system can be installed by opening holes under the connecting bridge,so as to realize the daily cleaning and maintenance of the glass curtain wall by window cleaning machine.With the help of the suspension basket,the suspension technology and installation technology of the suspension track system are adopted to successfully complete the construction of the suspension track system.The practical results show that the technology can ensure the safety and reliability of the construction process,the quality can be controlled,and the use of large lifting equipment is reduced.It has the advantages of convenience,rapidity,economy and rationality.
