摘要
陆上管道通过引入物联网、大数据及人工智能等技术,逐渐实现具有自动预判、智能优化功能的智慧管道。海底管道受其复杂的环境条件等因素影响无法采用陆上管道的技术路线实施,影响了海底管道的完整性管理水平。依据中海油近40年海底管道运营情况,基于数据聚合技术初步设计了海底管道完整性管理系统,并构建了通航风险分析模块、管道悬跨风险分析模块、管道完整性评价模块和应急支持模块。经过数据验证认为该系统能够有效整合海底管道特征数据、日常维护数据、检测维修数据及监测系统数据等,提高数据的利用水平,整体降低海底管道风险,提高运营效率。
Through adopting technologies such as Internet of Things,big data and artificial intelligence,the onshore pipelines gradually get automatic prediction,intelligent optimization and other intelligent capabilities.Due to the complex environmental conditions of submarine pipelines,the technical route for onshore pipelines can’t be realized and this influences the integrity management of submarine pipelines.In this paper,basing on the operation experience of CNOOC submarine pipelines in the past 40 years,an integrity management system for submarine pipelines was designed based on data aggregation technology,and the navigation risk analysis module,pipeline span risk analysis module,pipelines integrity assessment module and emergency support module were constructed.The data verification showed that,this system developed can effectively integrate the data such as the characteristic data,the maintenance data,the inspection data and the monitoring system data so as to improve data utilization and reduce the risks of submarine pipelines as well as to improve the operation efficiency.
