Taking the catalytic reaction device in a chemical project as an example,the design of the catalyst pipeline in the device,including its materials and valves selection,the layout of pipelines,the stress analysis and pipe supports design were discussed to summarize key points in the catalyst pipeline design so as to provide the reference for design of catalyst pipelines of other catalytic devices.
